Hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast at Chives restaurant was phenomenal and I would highly recommend it. My only complaint is the air conditioner in the room was broken. The entire front panel was laying on the floor. The room should not have been rented in that condition as there were exposed wires and the fan couple be heard contacting something internally with a faint burning smell. Luckily the weather was cooperating and the heat/AC was not really needed. I would not have stayed in the room if my 15 month old daughter was with me as it definitely would have been hazardous to children having exposed wires. However, I am sure the hotel would have accommodated a room change if my family was present as the customer service was great. At the time switching a room would have been a hassle for only one night as they did not have any other room prepared according to the front desk. The room was #213.
We had our wedding here last 09.09.2017 and the place is so beautiful. The staffs are friendly. Our wedding coordinator / organizer was so kind and nice. Her name is Michelle Marapodi. I do recommend if you are planning an event please go ask for her help:) She is really the best!
Very comfortable and welcoming. Always clean, rooms always ready. Great wee bar and super breakfast buffet with wonderful wait staff. I always feel welcomed, comfortable, and well rested. Highly recommend.
Service is good. Breakfast has gone downhill. Suite rooms are nice but some of the double bed rooms are old and worn.
Had my wedding guests stay here after my wedding at The Grove. We had 45 rooms and Cassandra was absolutely amazing from the very first email. She went above and beyond, communicated very well and made sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was clean, beautiful and had a bar for the after party until 2 am (away from the rooms so does not disturb). It was the perfect ending to a perfect night!!!
