He was so wonderful and made me feel extremely comfortable while also providing ample details on the vehicle I had been interested in. To be honest, it was the face to face experience that actually swayed me to buy at Verner Cady Ford instead of another place. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company and its employees. Amazing!
What a refreshing change from the usual highway car dealerships. When my lease was up on my Ford Fusion from Fette Ford, I was looking to turn it in and get another one. But their salespeople were so pushy and annoying, I was looking for a different Ford dealership. I read great reviews about Verner Cadby Ford, so I gave it a try. They are a customer friendly, non-pushy car dealership. Everyone there is very nice. They made turning in my car and leasing a new vehicle a breeze. Their service department is terrific also.
The service department is the worst when it comes to warranty work. They had my truck from Friday morning to Monday afternoon and finally told me that they could not fix a transmission problem because they only had one qualified tech and he would be out for a couple of months. My wife needed safety recall work done on her car and again, they were 2 months out. Why would I buy a vehicle there if they can't give expeditious service?
The service guys are great. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you ask for. They are willing to take the time to answer any questions and not rush you. Most of all I feel like the cost is fair.
Every time I go to get my car serviced everyone is so nice and professional. The experience is painless from dropping off to picking up. They call you immediately upon pulling the car in after an assessment and explain everything. They are amazing
