Brad is the best salesman. I went in months ago when it was closing and he helped me until it was closed and i left with nothing. I walked in again with a cabinet door and he came right over and helped us match perfectly. Very fair and honest didn’t spend his entire time over selling us. Great store in Fairfield in general. Great friendly staff.
My husband and I just purchased our 1st home and we knew exactly what we wanted, we had 5 rooms to shop for and we got it done in 1 night with the help of Brad and Spiros who were not only professional, but just really nice guys to work with! Great attitudes, made our experience fun! They went over everything with us, set up delivery, except for 2 items which came a few weeks later, we got everything as promised and assembled with no problems! We have been loving our furniture! Turns out we have more room to buy a few more pieces, so we'll be going back to them soon!
Shopping is something a lot of people dread. Nothing is more irritable than walking into a store and being bombarded by employees. However, having said that, being greeted with smile and welcoming greeting gets the shopping experience off on the right foot. Having a sales associate who knows where to look for what you are looking for also helps. Today I was fortunate to have that happen with sales associate Gloria. She walked the store showing me all kinds of recliners I was looking for and I was able to make comparisons to the one I was looking for. After we wrote the order up, the next step is the dreaded one, payment. Again I was pleasantly surprised to have a very friendly, polite and professional person who made the whole process easy and hassel free. Every company strives to make a customer experience the very best possible and from what I experienced today it is clear that Ashley Home Store has it locked in!!!
We had a lovely sales person she was very helpful and patient with us. Of course we bought the first couch that we sat on but still went around the store and tried all the couches we thought we might like. We also got some unexpected discount.- thank you. They delivered on time n set up everything for us. I can only say positive about our experience. Thank you For All :)
Excellent service by the 2 salespeople. Was able to get next day delivery and the prices were reasonable! Highly recommend and would shop here again in the near future!
