This is a great furniture store store to visit. This particular location also has a clearance center were you can snag some great deals. They have something for everyone and you can get delivery super quick. Sometimes with the clearance center you can get delivery of those items next day. This location is open 7 days a week. Very noticeable from the highway.
This is for both the clearance and the store. Both Fran and Jim were extremely accommodating and very professional. We stopped at the clearance store, which has amazing prices- much of the furniture there is store only. We then popped over to the regular store and found a few items we had picked out at the clearance store, but they were complete sets and in better shape, so we decided to change orders. It was a very easy process. Raymour also has the best financing options, so it makes buying that much furniture a lot less stressful.
The Fairfield location has very poor customer service and attention to details. They ordered the wrong size sofa initially, then sold off my second piece to the sofa set instead of holing it it until the correct sofa was ordered. However they offered to delivery the newly reordered sofa alone and asked me to wait an additional month for the 2nd piece. to be ordered and delivered.....Thank You Raymour for ruining my Thanksgiving this has been going on since my Labor Day purchase...wow
Had to split our order due to part of it being out of stock. If back ordered furniture comes in a decent amount of time, then we will be delighted. Our sales help was wonderful! Olivia was patient and helpful and we would go there again
I purchased a Sofa and a mattress here last week from the Paramus outlet store. Our sales man was very nice and chatty but failed to inform us of a lot of information. He guaranteed that our current mattress would be removed and discarded when delivering the new one . That didn't happen!! He also did not inform us that the movers will not even attempt to bring the couch up the stairs if you are in an apartment with a narrow hallway. To make a long story short we got rid of our original couch and when our new one arrived the movers did not put any elbow grease into ensuring a satisfactory delivery. They laughed in my husband's face and walked out of our home leaving us with nothing to show for our $1300.00 purchase. When we went to get our money back we realized that the mattress delivery should have been free, as it is advertised all over the store! We had to bring this to the sales associate attention to get our money back for the couch and get refunded for the delivery charge. If we didn't notice this on our own we would have had to pay an additional $150. The whole experience was just exhausting. We still do not have a couch in our living room. I am happy to be done with Raymour and Flanigan. Please make sure you ask all of the pertinent questions before shopping here !
